Shipping and Refund policy
Upon your purchase we are responsible for orders that haven't been delivered according to the detail from
checkout. TarGETeye is not responsible for lost orders. Once it is sent out and fulfilled, it is out of our hands,
however we understand that carriers have issues and packages get lost or stolen and in that case you'll have
thirty (30) days from the delivery date to request a replacement of the missing or stolen item.
If your tracking number says that your order has been delivered but you still haven't received your order, we
encourage waiting a day or two. Sometimes it'll show up past your expected delivery date because it is
scanned early or because of some other formality issue that may occur.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be
in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return process
Shipping labels usually are within the package upon delivery. It's very important that you keep it
until you thoroughly check your product to make sure everything is okay and you are completely
satisfied with your order. Please email us for any issues concerning the return process.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return
or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your
return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
